Instructions for Nurse Honor Wall

1. Visit "Honor a Nurse" from the navigation menu
2. Simply choose the type of listing:
   1. Basic includes: photo, name of the nurse, and name or organization who is honoring the nurse;
   2. Memoriam includes: photo, name of the nurse, and either the dates or who is honoring the nurse; 
   3. Enhanced includes: photo, name of the nurse, name or organization who is honoring the nurse, and "words of honor" (limited to 150 characters)
3. ​Add it to your cart
4. When you've selected all the products, proceed to cart in the top right corner of the website. 
5. Checkout 
6. Pay via credit card
7. After checkout you will be redirected to a form.  Please complete one form per listing. 
   
8. For each listing
   1. You will be asked to supply a photo and the name of the nurse
      
   2. Additional data will be requested depending on the type of listing you have purchased.
      
   3. ​Submit when completed
      
   4. If you have purchased more than one listing, please repeat the completion of the form for each purchase.
9. The completed form will be submitted and the wall will be updated in approximately 48 hours (business days) with your listing
